Booster Meeting 2/10/25

FLL: No new info at this time. Volunteers will be cleaning out the area soon.


Bedford Robotics will be present at the Trade Fair on the entertainment schedule


FTC: 

  • 5th grade team is working

  • Shirt design at Letterman 

  • Everyone is paid, $30 each to cover the cost of the shirts and registration for their event.

  • Jodi will get them paid for in FIRST so they can register for a spring event when registration opens 2/20/2025


FRC: 

  • Shirts, hoodies, banner all ordered from Letterman

  • Milford hotels and food are paid for

  • Jackson hotels and food are paid for

  • Cannot reserve hotels for Worlds until they’re qualified at States

  • Shipping the robot and pit through the southeast Michigan group so Mentors can be back on Easter, rather than driving.

  • Flights will be paid for tonight for Worlds

  • Kyle Dersch, BX Alum, is bringing 18 computers that were granted to BX from Consumers Energy

  • ForestView and Quimbys is giving us 500 gift cards to use for fundraising


Open House on either Saturday, May 10 or Thursday, May 15, 2025

Banquet on Friday, May 16 at high school


Bedford Robotics website store should be open by the end of this week

Jodi will get K-8 registration info to Nick for returning members to register beginning April 1. It will go to the public by May 1, 2025
