Meeting Agenda and Notes

January 12, 2026



Call to order: 6:45pm


Present: Denny Costlow, Nick Bird, Justin Hayter, Pat Henry, Paul Nelson, Rich Stewart, Jodi Russ

Absent: None


FLL: No new report


FTC: Potentially restructuring the whole level. Ideally starting with a 6th grade team so they can learn all the basics prior to moving on to the more competitive teams.


FRC: 

  • Off and running. Have built a half field already. Waiting for field elements.

  • Ordered an official ramp for structure.

  • Milford and Kentwood events. Hotels are set for both competitions.

  • Deposit on plane tickets for Worlds for both FRC and Loose Screws. (Loose Screws are first in line to get a spot and should know by the end of January.)

  • Feb 15 Walleye Night - have purchased 100 tickets. If they sell them all they can do the Chuck a Puck. Have a suite for sponsors to use.

  • Getting close to $50,000 in sponsorships.

  • Beef raffle cleared ~ $5,000.
