Financial report:
Taxes for 2025 have been filed and paid for.
MDE grant - Grant paperwork as submitted did not qualify us to receive funding for any of the Elementary School teams. FTC and FRC are receiving their grant funds with the exception of Robo-Mules, as they are an elementary school team.

FLL Explore:
Registration is open and is published at all schools
Trying not to buy anything
Denny can request money from the district to cover MDE money we’re missing
FLL Challenge:
We will again only register as many teams as we can find coaching for.
Sticking with Lego Spike Prime - Founders edition for this season.
FTC:
Ability Center is coming to the Center June 6 from 10 - 12
DRE in the Dark was fun
Broncos golf outing on June 13
Most teams are already close to full. FLAG and Turning Gears have some room.
Code of Conduct needs to include parent conduct

Team/Program structure:
Lead mentor with a Lead team member with clear expectations
Bring back Robot Rally to build a kit bot (over and over) and learn all the details. Then they can be the support team at events for Rookie teams
General:
Pat Henry makes a motion to add Lynn Bodai to the bank account and get a debit card for her that will be for FTC purchases Justin Hayter seconded the motion. All in favor.
Pat Henry makes a motion to add Andy Marckel to the bank account and get a debit card for him that will be for FRC purchases. Justin Hayter seconded. All in favor.
The credit card will be used for travel while the debit cards will be used for each level. This will make it much easier to track expenditures for each level.
We have an option to get a color laser printer from the library. All in agreement to accept this.
We need to investigate more options for getting our equipment networked and creating a 2.4ghz wi-fi to use the Bambu 3D printers and regular printers. Denny will look into this.
