Board Meeting

June 8, 2026


Call to order 7:10pm


Attendance: Denny Costlow, Justin Hayter, Paul Nelson, Rich Stewart, Nick Bird, Pat Henry, Jodi Russ

Absent: Lynn Bodai


Financials: 

  • Still a credit on the card. Denny will ask the bank if that can be transferred back to the card.

  • Denny will print the minutes from May and get Lynn and Andy to the bank for their cards soon.


FLL Explore:

  • 24 kids registered


FLL Challenge:

  • 37 kids registered

  • Have enough coaches


FTC:

  • 54 kids registered now

  • Ability Center visit was a good experience

  • Michiana Event June 18-21

  • 500 Sidelines gift cards for fundraising for each team


FRC:

  • Kids are registering now for both 8423 and 1023

  • Should have confirmation for IRI this week. Hotels are booked

  • STEM camp is last week of July. About 45 kids signed up.

  • Fair week - Fireworks July 31 Fair is Aug 2 - 8

  • Doing beef raffle again until December 12 (drawing)

  • 200 Sidelines gift cards for fundraising
