Week 8 (March 2nd-7th)

This upcoming week we will be traveling to Milford high school for our very first competition! We have spent the last 8 weeks preparing and couldn't be more excited.

Strategy and Impact

Impact traveled up to Chelsea, Michigan to hand out our FRC Guide Book to teams 3 years and younger. We wanted to make sure that younger teams have access to the support they may need. Alongside impact some of our strategy members went to the event to try out some of our new programs we will be using to get a general idea of what to expect at competition next week.

Programming

This week has been mainly focused on making auto pathways and fine tuning our subsystems. We added LED lights to the back of our hopper to signal the transition periods. We used a stop light pattern for the signal colors, green for when we are active, yellow when the transition is about to happen, red when we are not active, then purple for auto and endgame.

Media

Our media team worked on filming additional videos for our unveil video. We planned where each clip would align with the song, filmed all of the videos, and are now finishing the editing process. Our team also has subgroup one-pagers. We asked each subgroup to provide information about their group, and we are currently uploading that information into our template.
